Atlas Event Rental

Initially my experience with Atlas was great, I was planning a surprise birthday party for my boyfriend and provided Danielle Seltzer instructions for delivery. She informed me all would be fine as the delivery driver can drop everything off and does not need to speak to anyone. She also said they would call me if anything. Well… the drivers knocked on my front door, fortunately I caught them on the ring camera and told them to go to the backyard and drop everything off do not discuss the delivery with anyone. The drivers did not follow instructions and knocked on the door again, they handed the invoice for signing to the person who the surprise was for. I informed Danielle via text and she apologized and when I tried to call her she ignored my calls. For the pickup the team went into my fenced backyard without informing me and collected everything scared the life out of me. The surprise was ruined, Danielle was extremely rude to me and my mother once we got her on the phone. In addition, the order was not correct once I saw it and we were told to come pick it up ourselves. I would not recommend this place, the rentals are nice but just go somewhere else. Update: Spoke to the marketing manager to discuss this and she was polite but did not resolve the matter. The surprise was ruined back on Dec 21st and they are just now calling me due to my public review not due to the fact I shared concerns on Dec 21st. She did asked me to consider them in the future, and this is not something I would do or suggest this place as the sales person Danielle was so rude to my mother.

I’ve ordered from Atlas for many occasions. I’ve always been happy with their offerings, quality and service. Most recently, I’ve been working with Danielle Seltzer when ordering from my holidays and gatherings. From helping me pick over the phone to meeting with me in the showroom, Danielle has been very helpful and wonderful to work with. Highly recommend.

Because zero stars is not an option. The utmost unprofessional company. My family hired these people for what is supposed to be a memorable event, welcoming their baby, and failed them. If you want to be stressed at the day of your event, this would be your go to. Otherwise, please don’t waste your time, and money. Their drapes were too big and unstable for the venue (when you book someone for such services, you’d think they’d do their job and make sure it works for you, otherwise refuse to service). My family had to scramble to find another vendor and to top it off, this company never refunded them for the services NEVER RENDERED. Shame on Danielle, and Heather who are supposed to provide customer support and management yet have FAILED to address the issues for their customer. We are appalled by the lack of service and follow through from this company. Please do consider the negative historical reviews before booking and wasting your money!

Ordered Drapes and seats for a babyshower, seats were great. Drapes stands were 1/4 inch too big and were unable to use for event so they took it back and then would not refund me for items not used. Had to find a last minute replacement company. I asked to speak to manager 3 times and never received the courtesy of a call. Or even the consideration of a conversation after speaking to person who picks up the phone. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
